What? Make a good meal in under two minutes? Yep. Maybe even under a minute. I have a great recipe I got from a college buddy, another busy mom of four, that I’m going to share with you. This is the perfect meal when time is s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d to the limit.
You will need three items:
1. Crock Pot
2. Pork Loin (You may want to put a little pepper on it.)
3. Chicken and Rice Soup
Stick the pork loin in the crock pot. Pour the soup over it. Add a tiny bit of water if it looks like you need it. Cook all day on low.
Tah-Dah! Now that’s my kind of cooking.
